We accept payment through PayPal and Payoneer. After you pay, we will send you an order confirmation and dispatch time by our admin. Then you will get our email again about tracking numbers and shipping details.

Shipping & Handling Method

After you make a purchase we will dispatch within 1-5 business days after cleared payment

We offer Free Shipping WORLDWIDE. The package will be shipped directly from Thailand if you live in the USA. We use our private shipping company deal with USPS. ( But after dispatch from Thailand will take about 7-14 days, tracking is frozen because A scan is in U.S.A. after arriving at the destinations the tracking will be moving and you will get it in a week. Others countries we will ship via Thailand Post with Standard Small Packet Registered Airmail, EPACKET PLUS, or others with tracking numbers, and it may take 14-30 business days or more depending on flight delays or custom country.

Shipping Policy

1. Some countries have their own customs rules and restrictions. We send items allowed in Thailand to ship. Before placing an order, please check with the national customs office about the rules and permitted goods. In the event that your national customs upon delivery refuses to accept the parcel, our service is not responsible for the costs of returning and re-sending your parcel.

2. In many cases, the track-numbers status shows “Export from an international exchange office” And the status is freezing like that. You should not worry, that’s a common practice when the dispatch status freezes at this point. In fact, your order has been already dispatched and sent to the destination countries, or, possibly, even arrived in your country, and waits for “be processed” in a distribution center. When the digital mark on arrival will be put in your country, the order status will be changed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or exchanges of products are accepted only within 30 minutes of placing an order. Occasionally, we may accept a cancellation or exchange request if the order has not yet shipped. Such acceptance is our discretion, and we urge you to contact us by email as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to any order. Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted once the product has left our facilities.
