Each tablet contains praziquantel 600mg.

Indications

Infection due to Schistosoma species(e.g. Schistosoma haematobium, S japonicum, S.mansoni) liver flukes (e.g. Clonorchis Sinensis)pathogenic to man 

Dose

General 20 mg. per kg. Body weight thrice daily for one day

For treatment Afican schistosomiasis 40 mg. per kg. once daily or 20 mg. per kg. twice daily for one day.

For treatment of liver flukes Clonorchis Sinensis or Opisthorchis viverrini) 25 mg. per kg, thrice daily for one day.
